Metre22 is looking for smart, experienced consultants to join the team. Five to ten years management consulting experience is a huge plus, but more importantly, prospective team members should possess:

  • Passion for helping organizations (our clients) succeed
  • Desire to work in a start-up/entrepreneurial firm
  • Curiosity to uncover new opportunities and different ways of operating
  • Experience with innovation
  • A strong client presence
